Thanks to Allah, through your donations, our association was able to make a fifth transfer of €20,600 for the distribution of 230 new food baskets. (show transfer 1, show transfer 2, show transfer 3, show transfer 4, show transfer 5).
These 230 new baskets are added to the 144 food baskets that we were able to distribute during the week of March 30 (in addition to financial aid) and the 182 baskets that we distributed during the week of April 20. Thus, a total of 556 baskets were distributed thanks to your generosity and the advertising revenue of Coran-francais.com (in addition to the financial aid that accompanied the baskets during the first distribution) to families in extreme need in the Agadir region of Morocco.

Thanks to this new collection launched on April 25 due to the extension of the lockdown in Morocco, we were able to raise €20,000 which will allow us to deliver 230 new food baskets early next week, may Allah reward you greatly!

We are aware that this is a very difficult period that is causing suffering all over the world; thus, although we targeted a particular area for our food distribution action, we think and we pray for our brothers and our sisters throughout the world, whether they are our brothers or sisters in Allah or in humanity.
We are also aware that your generosity is very much called upon every year during Ramadan and even more so this year due to the Coronavirus pandemic, and we want to thank you all the more for the expression of your generosity toward these families who need our help for their vital needs.

Salam'aleykoum, the campaign « Emergency: They must continue to live despite the lockdown » continues and the situation remains just as urgent!
As you know, Coran-francais.com, through your donations, was recently able to contribute to the distribution of 326 food bags (see the videos) to support families in extreme need following the lockdown measures announced in Morocco.
The beneficiaries of these food bags are families who already live in very precarious conditions in normal times, who found themselves, following the lockdown, completely destitute, without any source of income and therefore without any means to buy enough food to eat their fill.
Six days ago, the lockdown was extended by one month, carrying it through to May 20.
These families still need your help!
This is the reason why we are calling on you today, so that we can, as quickly as possible, alleviate this crisis situation by providing these families with basic food items that will enable them to continue to feed themselves properly during this period.

Here is some news about the collection "Emergency: They must continue to live despite the lockdown".
All of the donations were transferred at the beginning of April to the association "Scouts du Maroc" to be able to carry out the distribution (show transfer 1, show transfer 2, show transfer 3, show transfer 4)
Following instructions received from the Moroccan Ministry of the Interior, we converted the financial support into new food bags for new families (indeed, they informed us that we could not accompany the food bags with money).
Thus, in total, 326 families were able to benefit from this campaign, which was made possible thanks to your donations as well as those of donors from the Agadir region. May Allah reward you greatly!

Thanks to Allah, we were able to raise €20,502 through your 526 donations via the form below.
These €20,502 are added to the €3,500 (from the site's advertising revenue) already sent. Thus in total, €24,002* will be sent to Morocco, in the Agadir region, to meet the needs of more than 240 families!
We thank you greatly and are closing this collection which will have made it possible to help more than 250 families, that is to relieve more than 1,000 people of an urgent distress, al hamdoulilah. We hope that in Morocco as well as in all the countries where the populations face the same difficulties, the state mechanisms to support their populations in this exceptional context will be put in place as quickly as possible.
In the coming days we will publish on this page more images/videos and information regarding the distribution (in Arabic and in French), as well as messages of thanks received (in Arabic) from the families.

Salam'aleykoum, with the help of Allah, thanks to your donations on this campaign (still active!) and to the advertising revenue of Coran-francais.com, we will be able to distribute today (Tuesday, March 31) food bags, containing enough food for a household for a month, to 140 families.
As you all know, many countries have opted for the lockdown solution, in order to curb the Covid-19 epidemic, including Morocco, which will remain in this state for a whole month. However, unlike France, Morocco is a country where there still exists a large number of so-called informal jobs, which are therefore not covered by the aid granted by the State. A great many families, living in normal times in very precarious conditions, found themselves completely destitute, without any source of income and therefore without any means to buy enough food to eat their fill. These bags contain:
-5 kg of Rice
-5 kg of beans
-5 kg of lentils
-25 kg of flour to make bread
-60 eggs
-2 liters of olive oil
-5 liters of vegetable oil
-6 liters of milk
-2 kg of sugar
-4 boxes of tea
-1 kg of jam
-64 portions of cheese
-500ml of hand soap
We also provided financial aid to each of these families, between 300 dhs and 500 dhs depending on the number of people in the household.

Between Saturday the 29th in the morning, and Monday the 30th in the evening until late in the night: The delivery of the food by the supplier, then the preparation of the bags.
